Alexandra's passions are lived-in color, layered cuts, and all things curly hair. With 4 years in the industry, her approach with new clients is all about education — helping them understand what their products are actually doing for their hair versus what their hair actually needs. She's especially proud of her curly haircut results, and her chair is built to be a comfortable, welcoming space where you feel heard. Her first job was milking cows at 13, which she considers excellent preparation for a career that requires patience and precision.

Amber loves vivid, vibrant colors and hand-painted balayage — creating completely custom color for each client is what gets her out of bed. With 8+ years in the industry, she leads every new client relationship with open, genuine conversation. Hair health is always her top priority, and if your dream look can't be achieved without compromising it, she'll tell you — and then she'll show you what is possible. Outside the salon: DIY projects, crafts, and quality time with her Corgi and cat. She was also a competitive bowler for 11 years, which she expects will surprise you.

Emily loves everything from soft, blended natural color to vivid rainbow hues to edgy alternative cuts and styles. With 11 years of experience, she takes a highly collaborative approach — asking lots of questions and customizing each color and cut to fit the client in front of her. Fun fact: she's personally worn every color of the rainbow in her hair, and her all-time favorite was yellow.

Jenna has been with Itsa since 2021, in the industry since 2019, and specializes in extensions and dimensional color. She treats every new client like a soon-to-be best friend — warm, welcoming, invested from the first minute. One thing she especially wants clients to know: she loves feedback. The connections she builds in her chair feel like family, and that’s exactly how she runs her book.

With 13 years behind the chair, Jennifer's approach is intentional, honest, and deeply personalized. She starts every new client relationship with a thorough consultation — learning their hair history, lifestyle, and long-term goals before making a single move. Hair health always comes first, and she makes sure clients leave not just loving their hair, but understanding how to keep it that way. She also collects houseplants, which she considers a spiritual practice.

Outside the salon she's an adrenaline junkie and avid hiker. Her favorite music genre is metal, which might surprise you until you see her work.

Marea is passionate about creating lived-in, multi-dimensional colors and blondes — and adding extensions that bring volume, density, and length for a truly luxurious result. With over 9 years in the industry, her first chair goal is always about your long-term hair journey, not just today's appointment. She wants you to leave feeling like your hair was made for you. Outside the salon: Marea loves exploring nature and camping with her husband and three kids - but once the kids are asleep, she’s going out for a night of line dancing!

She brings an open, honest, lighthearted energy to every appointment — because she takes your hair exactly as seriously as you do. She loves that every day is different and that every client leaves her chair with a service that's completely custom to them. Off the clock, she's a country girl to her core: horses, the woods, fantasy novels, and family.
